Viva Furniture & Mattress does not currently offer online checkout or online purchases through this website. This website is used as an online catalog for browsing products and contacting our store for more information.
The following Refund Policy applies to purchases, deposits, special orders, and transactions made directly with Viva Furniture & Mattress in store or through direct communication with our store.
All sales are final. Viva Furniture & Mattress does not issue refunds for any reason.
Defective merchandise must be reported to Viva Furniture & Mattress within 5 days from the date the merchandise is received. The existence of defective merchandise does not provide grounds for order cancellation.
If merchandise is found to be defective, Viva Furniture & Mattress may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective merchandise within a reasonable timeframe in order to satisfactorily fulfill the order.
Order cancellations are not accepted. However, if a cancellation is approved by management in writing, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will apply.
Please inspect all merchandise carefully upon receipt and contact Viva Furniture & Mattress as soon as possible regarding any concerns.
